Dearest Izma, always in our hearts

Dear Izma,
You leave us all of a sudden. The Almighty has come to invite you to a better place.

You leave us with sweet memories of your kind deeds, generosity and unselfishness, always concerned on your friends well being.

You are our dear friend and sister.

We will always remember your smile, your laughs, your tears.

All the things we did together- strolling at Kemasik beach, enjoying coffee at Hai Peng, our roadtrips to Genting and Bukit Merah, the lunches and dinners, the treats, the bumper car ride, watching movies together, the gossiping, the heart and soul sessions, the picnics, the shopping sprees until we feel like our knees are falling apart, the trips down to KL and back to Kerteh, buying cloths at Centre Point Kemaman, we did a lot of things together.

But, alas it ends all too soon. You are still young, energetic, full of life, although you've had your downs too. We still have a lot of plans to do, but the Almighty has a better plan indeed for you.

I can't remember exactly when we first met, but we clicked really fast. Not just me, you click really well with almost everyone. Everyone loves you, I can't think of anyone who'd hate you, no way, who'd be??!! That person would be better off living on another planet!!

Dear Izma,
We hope you would forgive us if we've had hurt your feelings. You wouldn't need to seek from me, because you've never done anything to hurt mine. I am sure all of your friends would feel just the same.

Looks like I am always going to owe you - not just one, but two treats!!
We are gonna miss your laughs, your SMSes (I'm keeping the last one you sent, you said you're gonna miss me and my mum's muffins) your calls (you sang to me with the others on my birthday, I was so touched), your email (you said bubbye, but I didn't know it'll be the last).

All our prayers for you, our dearest, you would never be alone, we will always cherish you, you are very close to our hearts, always.

Diharapkan agar semua dalam keadaan yg tabah dlm menghadapi dugaan yg baru shj berlaku. Aku tak tahu nak mula kat mana dan ayat yg macam mana paling sesuai nak cakap kat korang. Aku dapat mail pagi semalam mengatakan Izma dah meninggal. Aku rasa tak percaya. Bila aku call Noi- Faizah yg angkat, baru confirm berita nie suma.

Bohong kalau cakap tak sedih sbb kita sama-sama buat kerja dan pergi mana-mana pun kita tetap pergi sama. Regardless ramai atau sikit bilangannya. Tapi kita tetap buat sama-sama. Cuma saat akhir, aku tak dapat bersama dengan korang menghantar jenazah. Untuk itu, aku minta maaf pada semua sbb tak dapat ikut dan tak dapat beri penghormatan terakhir.

Hanya iringan doa dan yasiin daripada aku di sini....Buat semua, jaga diri baik-baik. Kawan ketawa senang dicari, kawan menangis belum tentu satu dalam sepuluh. Dan kita telah kehilangan seorang kawan menangis....semoga apa yg terjadi akan merapatkan lagi ukhwah kita yg terjalin. Insya-Allah, kita jumpa lagi seminggu dari sekarang.

Memang terasa sgt kehilangan dia. dah la dok kat sebelah workstation aku. sunyi sgt sekarang ni. dah biasa bergurau senda dgn dia masa keje. makan biskut and coklat sama2.Kalau ada cerita sensasi, masalah kerja, selalu kami share sama2. skrg ni dah takde teman berkongsi cerita.I really miss her...

Terkilan tak dpt tgk izma 4d last time.. smp2 semlm org dah kebumi... lps ni x dpt jumpe dia lg dah :( terngiang-ngiang suara dia panggil "kak mas..." bila cerita2 ke mengadu ape2 ke... pastu, it was only last week izma & aida ajak lunch sama2 but i was offshore.. sedih kan?sama2 kita sedekahkan al-fatihah & yaasin utk arwah...

Izma is a very sweet girl and very caring too. i still remember once I was not satisfied with my boss and I went home and cried like hell and suddenly i received a call from izma asking me if I'm ok (thanx to nue for being banyak mulut...hehehe). and another thing about izma, she make the best chocolate cake. she even gave me the recipe. So every time i make a chocolate cake, I'm gonna remember her.

Mungkin agak lewat aku tulis apa-apa kot (meeting+cuti+training), last 2 weeks noi ada minta tolong aku hantarkan some document kepada seseorang kat KLCC, arwah punya document pun ada tapi satu copy je. sebenarnya, document tue kena ada satu lagi copy, so aku photostat dan kasi le kat penama kat envelope. arwah call aku cakap "sorry sangat" susahkan aku, eh, tak terpikir pun macam tue, sebab orang baik dengan kita (semua orang tau dia seorang yang sangat1000x baik) kita kena baik dengan orang ye tak? tapi aku minta belanja makan (knowing me !!). tapi aku rasa bangga la jugak dapat tolong arwah buat kali terakhir (aku akan menyesal kalau tak dapat tolong atau refuse).

tah berapa kali orang minta baca kan al fatihah,aku request kau orang kena baca jugak kalau kau baca note aku nie sampai habis, al fatihah,

izma = semoga allah meletakkan kau bersama para-para shuhadah dan salihin.
note: aku rasa kita semua patut tahu bila-bila kita pulak kena pergikan? so, prepare le apa yang patut patut

Aku kenal izma masa induction petronas, bulan september 2003..boleh dikatakan sepanjang induction tu tak pernah borak ngan dia secara terus...tp start dapat borak ngan dier masa kitaorang (suria, zaimi, aku tak ingat lagi saper) pi putrajaya pada malam terakhir lepas kursus intensif english diadakan...seorang yg very cool person, mmg baik sangat....aku tak pernah tgk dier marah...mmg suka tersenyum....seorang kawan yg amat senang didekati...byk berkongsi masalah dan pandangan ngan dier....yg paling aku respect tentang izma, seorang yg sentiasa tenang walau apa jua yg melanda...baik dari segi tugasan atau pun masalah peribadi....mmg very very cool person, cheerful and kind....aku akui, mmg susah nak dapat kawan macam dia....Aku baru jer masuk office hari nie, mmg terkejut bila baca mail dari talib yg izma telah pergi buat selama2 nya...tak percaya pun ada...apa tak nyer, baru jer minggu lepas izma ada kat kl....sempat lagi ber"sametime" ngan dia sebelum dia masuk meeting...tak de berubah pun....masih macam biasa....tetap ceria seperti biasa....bila dapat tahu sendiri dari mulut verde pagi tadi, baru aku percaya yg izma telah dijemput oleh Allah s.w.t, lebih awal dari kita semua....sesungguhnya setiap yg bernyawa, pasti merasai mati....doaku agar rohnya ditempatkan di kalangan org2 yg beriman dan beramal soleh...a'min.

p/s: untuk tatapan semua......gambar orientasi batch kita yg sememangnya menjadi detik perkenalan kita semua.....hargai la masa2 kita bersama...

Like Radzi, I also know her from the induction program, the only thing that I remember of her is the smiling faces. Funny isn't it, it is just like we have that moment together and suddenly she had to go. That night at Putrajaya bridge (as been told by Radzi), we are looking at the beautiful and calm night of Putrajaya. Made jokes and laughs as much we want, what a moment, late Izma's laughs as well. She just keep on laughs. We share the last night of English Intensive Course together at the bridge, we spent almost half an hour at the bridge then we head back home to Permata. For those who attended the English Intensive Course, we even have our own theme song 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You'.Whatever it is, we still keep the memory with us. Allah's just love her more than us, we definitely cannot refuse it. Just pray a lot for her, make some doa, who knows. Today at the E&P Annual Briefing, we took a silent moment for both of them and speed recovery for both of the injured. The VP of E&P and MD CEO PCSB also mentioned on the same thing.

One year older - any wiser ??

Let’s see how I score for the day :

- Got 2 wishes from a school friend and a uni mate whom I’ve lost contact for some while : 2 points
- But forgot to wish them both for their birthday last year : minus 2 points
- Learnt to play a bit of bass guitar from Uncle Bob : 1 point
- Woke up early at 6.30 am and did not sleep back : 1 point
- But bathed a bit late, and kept Nurul waiting : minus 1 point
- Went to exercise at Bukit Kiara – 4 km brisk walk : 2 points
- But chow down lasagna at Café 1920 : minus 1 point
- Learnt to play 2 new Japanese puzzle games- Kukoru and Hanjie : 2 points
- And immediately solved 3 puzzles (the easiest ones though) : 1 point
- Got a wish plus the singing from Kerteh friends (never mind 1 day late) : 4 points (because they sang, so touching !!)
- Got a very nice surprise from Nurul plus her very yummy cake : 1 point
- Finished doing my tax calculation (yuurrgghh…hated this) : 2 points (because I did it very fast !! )
- Housekeeping email : 1 point
- Suggested more ideas for island and road trip so all could join : 1 point
- Extra nice to parents & bro : 4 points ( will try to keep this up)

Total score = 18 points
